Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rebecca Vallance purchase; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the return.
